Why is it important for you to exhibit at ADMC this year?
- PlantForm is at a key stage in its company’s growth that requires us to raise investment capital. We feel that the GCC market is a strategic region to meet our targets and the ADMC will allow us access to potential investors and joint venture partners.
What will you be showcasing at the show?
- The cost of life-saving antibody drugs puts them out of reach for millions of people suffering from cancer. Reducing this cost is essential to help more patients get the medicine they need and ease the financial strain on health-care systems.
- PlantForm Corporation is a Canadian company with a solution: a novel, plant-based technology platform designed to produce therapeutic antibody drugs at ultra-low cost.
- Our first product will be a subsequent entry biologic directly comparable to the breast cancer drug Herceptin.
- We will be providing information on our company and technology through marketing materials and face to face interaction.
How do you view the healthcare industry in the Middle East and how will a Congress such as ADMC contribute to the growth of this sector?
- The healthcare industry is a growing market in the region as the GCC countries look to diversify their economies.
